When will I receive my order?

Depending on the shipping company and delivery person selected, we provide a group of shipping agents located in major cities. Order confirmation usually takes 1 to 3 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with only ship within the country and to certain cities specified on the shipping page.

You can send an international shipping request to the store team via WhatsApp, providing information about the product weight and prices for international shipping companies not registered with the store.

What if I have a product with a manufacturing defect?

You must read the return policy to understand the return and exchange conditions. If a product is defective and a return agreement is reached, the shipping cost for the company will be calculated, and the customer will be reimbursed for the return shipping. However, the value of the product is not calculated for the customer according to the return policy.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?
