- Returns or exchanges are accepted as long as the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and is packaged in its original packaging.

- Returns are allowed within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Please take a photo of the product and send it, specifying the city, address, and order number, so that it can be exchanged for another product if it is damaged, defective, or has not been used as agreed.

We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding the use of products not mentioned on the product page on our website.

A 30% discount or a minimum value of 25 dirhams will be offered if the customer does not want the product and it does not have any of the defects or issues mentioned.
